My best friend, Karen, her birthday is coming up on the 29th. I started this card yesterday and realized, gosh, I have to finish this baby and get it in the mail for her to get it on her birthday!!! So I made this little baby. She loves France and the Stampin' Up! Artistic Etchings stamp set was perfect.
